Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Skills / Qualifications:
MUST HAVE: Experience operating zero turn and walk-behind commercial lawn mowers on residential and/or commercial properties.
MUST HAVE: valid driver’s license and good driving record. Current DOT physical and/or CDL a plus.
Experience as a lawn maintenance foreman previously is highly preferred. Must be verifiable.
Experience applying pesticides desired. Current category 24 pesticide license a PLUS.
Experience pulling landscape trailers needed.
Experience working on mowers and small engines a PLUS.
The applicant must be willing work on lawn maintenance, landscaping, and tree work as needed.
The person hired may be doing chemical routes when needed for lawn care & insect / disease control for shrubs, running
a lawn maintenance crew, and helping other crews with various jobs as needed.

Lawn Care Technician/Spray Tech – Monroe

Conduct liquid services applications for lawns including fertilization, weed control, insect & disease control.
Apply granular fertilizer & pesticides.
Desirable:

Current category 24 Georgia pesticide applicator’s license

Lawn Maintenance Laborer – Dunwoody
We are currently accepting applications for the following full time position:
Lawn Maintenance Laborer for public parks and right-of-ways:
Job Responsibilities:
– Assist with: Mowing, edging, weedeating, blowing lawns on a daily basis
– Lay sod, aerate, install plant material as needed
– Must have the mechanical aptitude / skill to be able to repair fences, playgrounds, benches, fountains, retaining walls, paint, etc as needed.
– Current DOT physical a plus. Experience pulling landscape trailers a PLUS.
– Must be able to operate zero-turn mowers, walk behind mowers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment
– Clean public restrooms, dog parks, remove right of way debris&trash, public parks, empty trash cans daily
– Must be willing to work weekends, some holidays, and after hours if emergencies arise and require additional hours
– Weekend shifts WILL occur as part of this job. Must be available any day of the week, typically five eight hours shifts per week 7 – 3:30PM.
Must live within 30 Minute drive of Dunwoody to be able to promptly respond to emergencies.

Tree Clearing Laborers – Gwinnett County
We are looking for laborers interested and capable of clearing right-of-way sewer easements.
Tractor operator experience a plus, but this is not an “equipment operator” type job. You will likely be dragging
brush and/or weedeating all day in low lying difficult to work in areas.
Must have verifiable work experience doing heavy outdoor labor.
Work involves running weedeaters and chainsaws all day, dragging brush, and operating tractors to clear brush and trees.
We work rain or shine in swamps, woods, and creeks. This is not a “lawn maintenance” or “landscaping” job, it will be much more labor intensive.
You must have a valid driver’s license. You will need to bring a 7 year MVR to your interview if you are called in for one.

Mechanic / Welder – Monroe
We are looking for a big truck and equipment mechanic that can work on Mowers/tractors/small equipment/trucks etc. Top pay for the right candidate.
Some of the equipment we use is as follows: weedeaters, chainsaws, tree chippers, zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, blowers, trucks from pick up size to International 4900 and F800, gas and diesel.
We need someone who can work on most of the equipment and be able to keep it running. Some of the more complicated jobs are farmed out to local area shops. Good welding skills are a must. This is a job for someone who has drive, is highly motivated, has strong work ethic, and has a good attitude. Most of what you will be doing is getting things working so as not to slow down or stop production. You have to be good at what you do, but do it quickly. You must be able to work under pressure. Hydraulic experience is a PLUS. The majority of the work is done in the field and not in a shop environment, you may have to work on a bush hog in a swamp or a chipper in a parking lot, in other words, it is not just a greasy job, it can be dirty or muddy as well. Rain or shine we are usually working.
